About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Great Lakes Super Clean website. The work we do at your property is covered by the estimate and invoice we give you for that job, not by this page.

Quotes and estimates

Prices quoted through this website or over the phone are estimates based on what you describe to us. The final price is confirmed once we have seen the job in person. We will tell you before we do anything that changes the price.

Scheduling and emergencies

We answer the phone around the clock for water emergencies and we get to calls as fast as we can, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time. Weather, road conditions and jobs already in progress all affect it.

Insurance claims

On water and fire loss we will document the damage and bill your insurance carrier directly where your policy allows it. Whether a claim is approved, and how much it pays, is between you and your insurer. You remain responsible for your deductible and for anything your policy does not cover.

Our work

We stand behind what we do. If you are not happy with a cleaning, tell us within a reasonable time and we will come back and make it right. Some stains, odours and pre-existing damage cannot be fully removed, and we will tell you up front when we think that is the case rather than after the fact.

This website

We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but it is general information about our services, not a contract. Photographs show our own equipment and past work. Reviews shown are real reviews left on Google by our customers.
